Easy to order, happy with boots

I ordered some women's western boots from Rujo Boots. The website was simple to use, and checkout was quick. They shipped pretty fast too, I think it took about 6 days to get to me here in California. The boots fit well and look just like the pictures. Had a good experience, no issues at all.

Decent boots, minor fit issue

I purchased a pair of full quill ostrich boots from their website. Ordering was straightforward, and they arrived within a week. The boots themselves are well-made; the leather quality feels good. I had a question about boot care, and their customer service responded to my email the next day with helpful tips. My only small criticism is that they ran just a tiny bit tighter than I expected based on other brands, even though I measured my foot. I'm hoping they'll break in fine, but it might be worth going a half size up for some styles.

Solid choice for boots

I bought a pair of snip toe boots a few weeks ago. The overall shopping experience was fairly smooth. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I wanted quickly. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me, which was acceptable but not super fast. The boots themselves are good quality, especially for the price. I've worn them a few times already and they're comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the product description for sizing could be a bit more detailed to avoid any guesswork, but functionally, no problems.

Good value overall

I was looking for some new traditional western boots and found Rujo Boots. I signed up for their newsletter and got a discount on my first order, which was nice. The free shipping also helped keep the cost down. I bought a pair of men's roper boots and felt like I got a good deal for the quality. It felt worth it.
